Some are, some are not. Some are just things that someone believes are their "rights." Others are open to further interpetation. Some have allegedly been infringed on by law, i.e., the wages on income tax. Then there are the debate topics surrounding definitions of "an informed jury," "Superior Sovereignty," and "fair" legal process. And sorry, there is no "right" to having a monetary system backed by precious metal.
