along the same lines, it is conjectured (what I read) that the HIV-AIDS (those letters mean something) was developed for a strictly genocidal purpose; having no actual purpose but to "cull" people/chattle from the herd/population who were "undesirable." This is a new face of Eugenics; although there is nothing `eu' (greek prefix for good) about it. It's lack of Love and full of hate.
