What if the BoE references the UCC FS filed against the STRAWMAN instead of a "closed account"?


FRN'S are nothing more than an IOU being passed from one hand to the other... right?& A BoE that references the claim against the STRAWMAN... basically one that says "here is a debt that I am owed... you can have part of it"... is the same thing... is it not?
