<FONT size=3>I have Howard Griswold's assignment of interest document and UCC-1/Security Agreement/Indemnity bond.& I sent FTB an&"assignment of interest" document to&discharge FTB's claim of $6,000.& They basically ignored it and sent me a&letter saying&they don't agree those arguments.& </FONT>


<FONT size=3>I also&sent an "assignment of interest" to the IRS to&discharge their $26,000 claim& and they did not respond at&all. I now have a $26,000 lien and notice of levy.& I have requested a due process hearing and I will bring up the"assignment of interest" I sent them.& If they say it is "frivolous" I will ask them why.& If they say the federal courts have ruled my argument, I will ask them to show me the cases that have ruled against it.&</FONT>


<FONT size=3>They probably think that because&they&have rejected it,&that&I won't bring it up again.&Well, they've got another thing coming. </FONT>
