Hi all. As I appear to be "Waking up" I have many questions and few answers, one of which is this. After speaking to a real Estate broker
recently he mentioned (in reference to my application)ways of making bending the law without breaking it concerning the Mortgage.
I could see he was hinting at something on the lines of true Knowledge of the Law. I did'nt express my passion on this subject to him, as in the past the resistance has left me emotionally drained. Anyway he went on to use an example, he said his friend had been speeding in the Interstate and was pulled over by a cop, who (after the routine Im your superior routine) gave him a ticket, he refused it explaining that his jurisdiction was not the Interstate and only the state trooper could site him and he got away with it. I smiled and left it alone. As much as it makes sense to me Im still curious, does anyone know if this is true and if it is does it work the other way too?
