Re:ssn and right to work

goldphoenix, i applaud your tenacity. if you have documented fact (evidence, especially third-party witness) of the no-hire for lack of ssn, then sue the company.& knowing what you know you can win. they are playing games behind your back. attorneys & the "justice" system are somewhat in bed with the IRS, until you pull back the covers on them... i'd never get an ssn if i didn't have one already (since i was 14/15 years of age, also told the same BS - "you need it to work..."; truth is, you only need it if you wish to pay taxes! )... jon

Thankyou, Jon. The only witnesses were the manager and other workers there.

Even if there is an ssn you use, it is not yours, it is the governments (strawmans), or at least that is how I understand it. To me there is no difference between a man who has a strawman with a social security number and one who doesn't. Religious freedom is an unalienable right. Whether one's strawman has acquired the number or not is, to me, not the point. The point is if the use of that number is spiritually objectionable to the sovereign. I have not always believed what I do now. I believe that even a man whose strawman was assigned the number should have the right to avoid using/disclosing that number.

Does anyone agree or disagree with that idea?

peace,
