It is my belief that each of us should assume the responsiblity for ourselves.& I see no reason to go the "class action" route.& The first reason is cuz it requires an ATTORNEY.


But just think how busy the CCC's would be handling all those "individual" claims... which can be handled personally instead of having an ATTORNEY act as "agent".
