<FONT size=3>I'd like to read the letter you are going to write, but I wonder why they haven't sent you a&Notice of Deficiency by now.& Once they assess the tax themselves,&it's&one notice after another for the next 6 to 8 months, ending with a Notice of Levy and Notice of Lien.& So, you may get a Notice of Deficiency after you send the letter you are going to write.& </FONT>
<FONT size=3>I have sent IRS&a few darn good letters myself(written by other people)&and nothing has ever stopped them.& NOTHING. You can cite them&a &TON of law, but&they just keep&on truckin.</FONT>
