Re:CLASS ACTION CASE AGAINST THE CREDIT CARD COMPANIES
Members,
Class action lawsuits are a scam - a few attorneys collect as much as or more than the many "clients" they "represent". Class action lawsuits benefit the pertpetrator, and the attorneys, but not the victims. The perpetrator is released from future liability, and the any damages the victims collect are a drop in the bucket compared to any damages they could collect with their own jury.
I for one am COMPETENT, and do not wish to give that status up by doing business with a group of liars.
funson,
You are in violation of the rules of these forums. Do not ever post again unless it is offer substance, not services. If you would have taken the time to read a small percentage of the information on this site, you would have realized that adverising is not permissible. And even worse, you were advertising for attorneys.
I am moving this thread to a more apropriate forum. Not that this is an appropriate place in this forum for advertisements from attorneys.

If so, there are no absolutes, and the only logical conclusion is that reality, truth, and right and wrong are determined arbitrarily on a daily basis by those with the most power, guns, and money, and the rest of us can choose to run, fight, or be their slaves.
