Good question.

There maybe some members on this site with law suits pending but from my knowledge there are none suing credit card companies.

Funson, IMHO why would you want to sue them? Why not just leave them alone? Why get involved with them in this manner when you can easily discharge the debt using the credit reporting agencies and your remedy?

I cannot speak for the members here but I can speak about being suijuris. I do not want anything to do with attornies in this manner. Credit card companies do have a right to be in business (as shady as it is)-- that is freedom. Freedom to rip folks off. These are some of the perils of a free society. But folks have certain freedoms as well--like not getting involved with the shyters from the beginning.

It is the same theory like blaming the tobacco companies for their cancer or blaming fast food for tremendous weight gain.

Go to our Success Stories section and look at the successes there. You will find that we just want to be left alone--not searching for a big payday in some lawsuit.
