I was thinking of responding to any more letters within 72 hours with the words "I do not recognize you. Your offer of contract is hereby ejected, and returned to you for closure within 72 hours".

Maybe I should ditch that and send them a Notice of Proposed Assessment for their unauthorized usage of my copyrighted tradename and $500 penalties for each frivolous letters.

Then, just not respond to them and continue charging it. Finally, we could send an Earnings withholding order for the top dog (Gerald Goldberg, in the case of the FTB). Hey, if they don't need a court judgment, why should I?
