Re:Mail Fraud?
Based on your response you have no issues with the FTB addressing the envelope to the STRAWMAN and his location [address] and then the request/demand inside starts off with the flesh-and-blood?
Actually, the request/demand inside&did not start off with the flesh-and-blood.& "Mr. N. Alien", is not the flesh-and-blood.& The use of& 'Initials' in the name is&a derivative of the ALL CAPITAL NAME.& Any time there is derivative spellings of your name, it is the strawman they are addressing.
FTB is not likely to acknowledge your change of address, let alone your flesh-and-blood name.& I don't know what the post office will do&when you give them your Notice of Lawful Location, although&once it is&filed&with the county recorder, and the postmaster has been duly notified, you have every right to send the mail back to the sender.&
FTB&will ignore it, so if you work for an employer you may want to give them a copy of your Notice of Lawful location and name. You&will likely have to stand up for yourself and DEMAND that others acknowledge your lawful location.& I doubt it will happen automatically just because of the filing with the recorder. &
