Re:Mail Fraud?

I'm not so sure it is a good idea to inform groups like the FTB and the IRS to know where you and your PROPERTY are located. Get my drift? Nobody likes to read stories of raids by the gov't sponsored thieves.

Attempts to collect on unsubstantiated claims could be considered mail fraud. You are probably right that they USPS would be resistant to do this to a tax collection group, but I wouldn't think it would be impossible. You might want to consult a paralegal.

I would say that if you can get some paperwork filed in both the country recorder's office, and also under the Misc section of Federal District courts, that your case could be stronger. I'm trying to find out from the lawwork group what steps can be taken to enforce an ex parte action to halt collection attempts when they default against you.
