I don't know what happened, but my impression is that McBryde didn't allow quite a few statements and/or objections that were made.I also don't think&McColl had a lot of experience&with such&a corrupt judge as McBryde. Sometimes its hard to assert yourself under such intimidation, especially when you are an officer of the court.
The saddest thing is that&his wife may die while he's in prison.&How depressing can you&get?&
