Re:Court Cites re: A4V & Discharge and Dishonor of an Indictment
When you receive any type of presement, accept it for value. Make copies of orignal document. send one copy to SOS office -ammend it to your ucc you are now registered Holder in Due Course. Send origanal document back to the presenter after you AFV. Never keep the original document-it shows ownership on their side- You are not filing against&your strawman/women You have already given everything to him when you filed your first ucc1& You are filing a claim against whomever sent you the document in question--It gives you the secret thing most court cases are won on-WHOM HAS STANDING- What you have done in this is you put a lein on them,
The court must rule in your favor because you registered your lein with the SOS and you have noticed the sender of the document that you hold the ball -it is your game and they cannot do anything- it freezes the action. I have done this and so far no one has taken me to court, they know they cannnot afford to satisfy my lein, which is always more cash then they are trying to collect. It will go full circle they will pass it on to another collector etc. They will exhaust all of their remidies. I also did a BOH on them, one s=was sent to a lawyer for colletion, I noticed him that he was not registered with the SOS in Ohio and could not do business in this state. They were sent a copy of my registered acceptance, that was three months ago, and nothing from them after all there idle threats etc. Accepting for value shuts them down. And it stops any further action on their part.
This is why when a ucc1 is filed you must ammend on a three all of your credit cards with numbers etc, charge cards. If they are not ammended to your one you cannot accept for value. I hope this helps. I just find it a lot quicker which can give you leverage do research etc.
I hope this helps you.& People in Ohio have been having a pretty tuff time filing with Blackwells office, I know one whom works in his office and it is the wording you are& useing on your forms. Do not use cracking the codes version of ucc it is not worded corectley.
