I'm not so sure about the use of& 'without prejudice',&because if you have your UCC-1 with a& security agreement, you&pretty much reserved your rights, but it's up to you.


I would sign it like this:


By:& <U>John Henry Doe,& for JOHN HENRY DOE</U>&(I wouldn't use&'agent' or 'representative'. Instead, use 'for'.
