just an update...


been over 30 days (weekends & holidays discounted) and no reply from the IRS regarding my query & good faith tender.


not that, of course, not receiving a timely reply is unheard of in their case...


should i proceed with some sort of Notice of Default, or something else?& or should i just "sit on it" for a while yet?
