Re:A Valid Assessment
Hey, Rushpat.....
Well, no matter how I slice it, here in VA every reference to ANY type of lien/levy, etc, always, always refers, at least eventually, to a "judgment." And this includes their so-called "adminstrative liens."&
Doesn't mean "they" follow the rule of law, of course.
And every "argument" and "protest" we make in defense of "truth" labels us, in their eyes, as "protestors."
Well, damned right I'm a "protestor."& I'm "protesting" a government out of control, financed by the largest terrorist organization the world has ever seen, operating with the full blessings of the judicial system.
Oh, crap. I'm ranting....
Maybe here's a better answer:
ALL states with state income taxes "admit," somewhere, that they "piggyback" on the federal tax system. I.E., state "income taxes" are based on what: Federal adjusted gross income.
I would certainly be inclined to believe that IF (since, really) the FEDS can't do anything without court involvment (to at least make the pretense of "proving" the debt), the state should NOT be able to presume the truth of your FAGI unless and until the feds "prove" it.
Does that make sense?
