Re:IRS Notice(s) of Deficiencies

Another very good support group, especially when it comes to common law remedies:

http://groups.yahoo.com/group/lawwork/

join this, then go into the Files area, where you will see examples of many. The ones to Budget Rental Car, plus the Quick Finding in Fact, Conclusions at Law.

It's really just a notice that they've been given time to respond, but haven't, and they've now defaulted, but they an opporunity to cure (another 3 or 10 days). In my case, I wrote a one page letter describing their original letter, my response asking them to provide blah, blah, blah within 3 days (in my case). Then I wrote up an affidavit, stating that I had:

- not received any documentation or been presented with any evidence that they responded to my letter dated.

and the same about not seeing evidence that they rebutted my affidavit attached with the response letter.

When this is all over, I may publish my docs.
