<DIV><FONT face="courier new, courier, mono">There are only three classifications of property in the universe.& (1)Business equipment; (2) Business inventory; and (3) Household goods.& See those terms in UCC 9-109 for proof.& And remember that there are only two classifications of "person"& (1) Natural persons, human beings, and household consumers; and (2) all other persons which operate as legal entities under various state and federal statutes.& Status of the person and the status of the property by its use is the key.
