Re:Interesting Travel Defense by State

Tora,

I understand your position.& But what I am saying is that it is voluntary to register the vehicle.

If you want to avoid all that hassle by the cops and the system.& then register the vehicle.

If you can defend your position with the knowledge one can gain--then do not register your vehicle.

That is the choice.& Since there is a choice, it is voluntary.& Now if you do not wish harrassment by the cops--Then they have just made you an offer you can't refuse.&

Register or else.

everytime I say there is a choice, you respond with codes and threats by the system.& I am not disputing that.& But that is a result of not registering--which is the choice that can be made.& this is all I am saying.& I will not dilute your post with this back and forth notion of voluntary vs non-voluntary.& Folks may miss your point.& I just wanted to keep the thought pattern there.

I apologize for any confusion.& But you are free to make these types of choices.& It is the threats that the codes make, which puts one under duress to register.& hence the standing statement, "We're [BB] going to make you an offer you can't refuse".
