Thumbprints at Banks

OK, My mind is going on this full bore all the time, 24-7, so I am wondering how to keep a bank from obtaining your private property, your thumbprint.(lots of banks around here require a thumbprint if you do not have an account at the bank you re presenting a check at. I am thinking of giving them a self executing contract for use of private property, and then an affidavit of fact to support that my thumbprint is indeed private property, that the person named did indeed demand that I surrender said private property before that person would honor a legal negotiable instrument, and that I served her with said self executing contract and notice of private property.

What are your thoughts on this?

Could be quite profitable.
