i'd be willing to wager that you'd end up in court with the bank and would be in a good position to win the case, depending upon whether you are allowed (by law) to refuse your thumbprint as a means of identification.
we all know thumbprints, and for that matter, any identification, still means nothing as far as identifying anyone...
but the big question is:& do you really want to go through with that hassle?
