That's like saying redemption is a hassle. I, for one, believe it is more than worth it. Live free or die, I say.
Think of the money (albeit fake) that you could win on a case like this.
Take in a withess that sees you serve the paper to the teller, she doesn't have to sign anything, yet she just entered contract by forcing you to surrender private property to excercise a right.
