people stopped being a republic of individuals and become a decmocratic sheeple.


a bully can only bully as long as the bullied are intimidated into thinking he has power.& when the group being bullied wakes up & realizes otherwise, he is no longer a bully.


"vehicle registration" is neither mandatory nor required.& you can choose to register it or not.& either way you'll have to "pay the piper."


of course it isn't easy to utilize a non-registered place travel device.& the system is too "in your face" to make that easy.


but then, neither is staying "free."
