of course redemption is a hassle.& fighting to feed your family every day is a hassle.& life is a hassle.


however, there is also a "pick your battles" clause...


at any rate, i would never use such a practice as a "money-making scheme."& the tellers are simply doing their jobs, and the ultimate fault lies somewhere in the upper levels of the banks for not explaining the full capacity of the teller's job to the tellers.& and believe me, you'll be wasting more of your time than is really worth it.


living within the matrix requires a certain amount of give and take.& ultimately, you'll have to decide how much of each you will live with.
