no offense tora, but that attitude is why this country got where it is today.


I&am not offended by what you&have to say about my attitude.Without my attitude&I would not understand things&as deeply&as I do.& If vehicle registration was voluntary, you wouldn't have to know anything more than that.& But fact is, you have to know&A LOT more than& that. Voluntary does not mean voluntary in the ordinary sense.


"vehicle registration" is neither mandatory nor required.& you can choose to register it or not.& either way you'll have to "pay the piper."


So go tell all your friends it's voluntary. I'm sure they'll thank you for it.
