i'm pretty certain you can't&update the&land patent on land to which you have no assertable rights.& i remember hearing or reading about some lady who tried that and wound up in jail.


also, as that person's name belongs to him, you can't copyright/trademark that either.& otherwise BB would have done that to all of us long ago.& even they have rules they won't break!


good ideas though!


reminds me of a story that ms. joy shared with "us" regarding two plots of land sublet by a farmer...the neighbor had a rooster who crowed @ 5 AM...the other neighbor (ms. joy) bought the second plot from the farmer & told the not-so-nice neighbor to get rid of the rooster or move...
