"Travel" would be the right place for this post... so I moved it over here.& If you read some of the threads in this section you may find the answer to your questions.& You will find that some threads begin discussing one issue and end up covering more or changing topic altogether.


When it comes to speeding I will say this:& Drive with the care and caution of a prudent man.& All roads are not designed for high rates of speed... safe speeds are posted with "curve" signs and such.& And it wouldn't seem to me to be a good idea to travel at a high rate of speed in areas crowded with pedestrians.


If driving at night with no traffic or pedestrians to worry about... well, that would be a different story, wouldn't it?
