I got mine sign that way, I guess the clerk was tired and diddnt care but im sure. Next time it will be harder. Ok update.& Dont know if it is true but was told if you dont drive a bus or truck (car pool) you dont need a liscense but once you transport passengers(bus, truck) car pool or transport someone who has a DRIVER liscense than you are required to have one. Lawyer told me I won b/c I had no passengers with liscense or job that requires a liscense at the time I was stop by the Police but he also stated just reclaim your right& meaning UCC-1-207 you must if not you are under the law. Now business are stating you need a driver liscense to work for them just another scheme. Once you are redeem I was told you could not do business with a fiction something like that you can but once you do you contract your rights away thats the only way we loose our rights is by CONTRACT.

Recently I did a test. Register.com has a program i sign my name two ways. Without prejudice ucc 1-207 with my name and my name with out it.& They deny my application with ucc 1-207 but excepted the other.& Same thing happen with other sources. They understand Contracts and ucc. We just have to be wise as a serpant. my next step is to resign my bank cards
