<FONT size=3>We do plan to file a lawsuit against the company. We also plan to place a commerical lien against the company. We want the company to cry foul! They are a publicly traded company, a lien would stop their lines of credit and put a damper in their ability to perform day to day ops.. Anything else that we might try would be appreciated!</FONT>
