If I entrust funds to a bank, there is a fiduciary relationship.& If my boss pays me 2 weeks later for work I do today, there is a fiduciary relationship.& If I entrust a CCC with my "credit" (and the possible mishandling of my credit) there is a "fidcuiary relationship".& Remember, each of those entities hold something "in trust".& I trust the CCC's won't screw up my credit, I trust the bank or my employer will not release MY PROPERTY to anyone else or cause it to be lost or stolen.
