Then they are told to lick the boots of an unlawful government because of a shallow readin of Romans 13.

Well, that title's alittle to harsh for me but it makes the point.
As it is written, "we are to come out of her my people"
the words "come out" are simple and need no analysis to understand.
It means what it means, and linking that to the record of Acts 4.32,34 where it says that all were of one heart, [spirit] one soul [mind], shared all that they had and <b>none</b> lacked anything for all who were [blessed with prosperity shared] which should lead one to think of the place where Jesus said "give and it shall be given back, shaken, pressed-down (compressed), running over."
Two nots on this last point, 1. this is the logic of heavenly father's word, and 2. This is HIS style of heavenly economics.
When we give to another (regardless of state-of-salvation) we get it back, and when we give our best (as we should) to another, Abba restores to us with super-abundance and overflowing so that we have more to share!
Abba gives us excess so that we can distribute to and satisfy the lack of others.
