well, all i can think of is that since Letterman isnt a persuer, the "judge" ought to agree to the TRO!
i mean, the woman, perhaps unstable, perhaps nutty like a fruit-cake, is trying to protect herself. and since Letterman is already married with children, no one is harmed by the vcomplainer's request for or getting of a TRO!
