So I was thretened and coerced into signing the volentary custody surrender(was told they would get a court order any way if I didnt sign)
My due process was denied.
They came into the hospital to interview us(warrentless search and seizure?)
I could keep going on.
So what should I do and how should I go about it?
These people have made my life miserable for the last year and a half, Ive lost alot of time and money and most importantly the time with my son that I will NEVER get back and not only does that hurt me it also hurts my son.
