Those provisions only apply to sovereigns who haven't waived their rights. If you still have a Marriage License your rights were flushed down the toilet, as will your FRNs. This is what you are signing on a ML App.

I, Dano, do hereby agree to waive my rights and to be bound to the statutory scheme of NEW JERSEY and its jurisdiction thereof. i.e. I, Dano, agree to be your slave.

Revoke your signature on all contracts with the state, you have now regained your rights and can act as a sovereign. Notice all third party intervenors that they no longer have jurisdiction in the matter and all previous actions by them are null and void by law. Now you can use the NJ civil rights statutes against these third parties personally. Default, default, default and if necessary sue, sue, sue.
