Best advise yet! Yet another area of knowledge for freedom-loving people to explore. Baby's have been delivered for all of human history... only recently did humans suddenly discover the need for a "licensed doctor" to "help". Four of mine were born at home. FAR better experience than using the system.
Then you can do whatever you want, or don't do whatever you don't want to. Record it in your family bible, that stands up in law. Then print a nice certificate with your color ink jet if you feel the need. If "they" don't know, then they won't hassle you.
