It is very wise to pick and choose your battles,
Always excellent advice. I've never been good at it, however.
the storm trooper who will pull you over is stupid when it comes to the things we know and do, all they knows is what they& are taught, they have a badge , a gun, and when they lose control of the situation to do whatever it takes to get it back in&their control,
Bravo. Well said. And true for ALL of the agents working for the beast! They don't care about "truth." They only care about doing their "job."
And now I'm pissed! 'Cause that's exactly what I won't live long enough to figure out. The very split-second any person, in any occupation, finds himself doing something he'd do under no other circumstances, but tries to justify it by saying, "Hey, I'm just doing my job!"--THAT split second, that person should quit, or be shot. Period. End of discussion.
And it's at THAT second that a person, maybe literally, sells his soul to the devil.
(Then again, I've had 41 "jobs" in my lifetime, so I may have no damned clue at all about any of this stuff, right?)
nothing but&procedure,
Again, another "Bravo!" Law and facts matter less than procedure. That's why lawyers "matter." They "know" procedure. "Procedure," for example, here in VA, says there's 90 days to present evidence proving innocence after a conviction. Try to offer it on day-91? Forget about it. You didn't play by the rules so& your sorry ass, innocent though you are, can, and will, sit in jail for the rest of your life!
If you really wanna get him, right when you open the window ask&"am I&under arrest",
Exactly right! If he says "No," next question is "Am I free to leave?" If he says "No," next question is "Am I being detained?" WHEN he says "Yes," at THAT point you remember the 5th Amendment! And practice it!
then "did i hurt anyone or someones property?",
Excellent question to ask!
You've played this game before, haven't you?
