Any difference, not! It' is all alleged contracts.

When one open's up their statute bi-laws they try to claim in their verbage that everything "we" do with them is a contract according to their terms and conditions.

BTW, i learned recently that the insurance company known as GEICO
is an acronym which expands to:

Government Employee Insurance COmpany

the owner of the company is also very revealing but it escapes me atm.
