Thanks for posting Ron Paul's weekly story, Purge.

It may well be worthwhile for people to consider really supporting this man, as he is the ONLY man or woman in the entire government that I know of who is talking any sense.

As far as I know Ron Paul was the only member of the entire Congress with the b@!!$ to stand up and say that the "Patriot" Act was BS, and to vote against it.

Some people have said that his proposed method of a gold backed money is not quite a good solution to what we now have.

I do not know about this.

Maybe others do.

However, he certainly understands that what we have now is an organized syndicated counterfeiting racket, and has accepted the responsibility to speak out about it.

The thirteen points he outlines at the end of the article are certainly sensible and conservative in the common sense meaning of the word, not the "political" meaning.

The fact that he is not a lawyer is appealing, although currently the medical profession is not a whole lot more ethical than the "legal" profession.

It is good though that someone in government is speaking out like this, and he is the only one talking about what many of us are concerned about.
