Here are a couple snippets to help figure out the pieces, and how they fit together. Consider the Federal Reserve System, especially the Federal Reserve Bank of New York (City/METRO) to be the Central Bank of the United States. These are all private banks - international cartels - and the Bank of International Settlements functions as the central bank of the central banks.

Consider the United States a bankrupt corporation held in receivership. And consider any citizen of the United States born into Government as a government employee, subject to the jurisdiction of the District United States.
