Particuarly if it appears the debtor is in the process of selling? In that case, it seems to me it would be good to file the FS to keep them from disposing of the property before you can get a lien.</FONT>
<FONT face="Courier New">And when filing the court action to take advantage of rule 64, would this be done in your local federal district court?</FONT>
<FONT face="Courier New">Would you recommend the True Bill process you talk about if one is not experienced in court?</FONT>

When a statute, code, or court holding changes tomorrow, does reality change? Does truth change? Does right and wrong change?
