I heard a news blurb regarding (pseudo-quote)

"states are going to make health insurance mandatory for everyone!"

that's all I heard: my attention was elsewhere.

Perhaps the next time you are bored and need a receptacle for your one liners, you could find a suitable thread, as this one is now 720 degrees and perpedicular to its original intent. Just a thought.

The mandate of the system is for everyone to succumb and apparently your marriage license and BC revocation docs were unsuccessful. Any insight as to why, other than the obvious corruption?

I also had a "Motion to Dismiss" hearing this past week and the attitude of the judge was the same, as were the results. I had been before this judge 3 times previously on my own but this time I had a witness and a court reporter. The dude went ballistic and immediately called for two sheriffs deputies ( I reminded him that he had previously told me that this was a public courtroom and anyone could attend as long as they weren't disruptive). In his little private Idaho no one could record or take notes other than his accomplices and my reporter went bye bye. This all occured before he even had his robe on and we did the stand up sit down routine. Needless to say the hearing went downhill after that. Everything that I had written or said was disregarded and my motion was denied.

All marriages are common law marriages until we foolishly buy the license which renders it statutory. And although common law divorce doesn't exist (yet) there has to be a common law remedy. Have you ever noticed that in a criminal proceeding the courts will bend over backwards to protect the rights of the accused whereas in a civil proceeding they will do just the opposite. Preservation of the system is adhered to at all costs. In most cases the biggest impediment to reform are the reformers themselves, for they are trying to repair a system that shouldn't be fixed, but abolished.

So wargames, do you have any links to those cites you mentioned?
