Re:Silver bond

Hello everyone,

The bank just sent me a motion for default and summary judgment in a foreclosure they brought against my wife and I and I will be using the silver bond in this action. Winston Shrout has been using them now for a year and has had all claims discharged as a result. I have been speaking with Barton Buhtz, who has used as well&and he and I will be putting the silver bond together for me to file this coming week.

I have much respect for Barton and Winston unlike some others I will not mention. I will be filing to augment the record and will be demanding a jury trial under the common law and Amendment VII of the Bill of Rights of the Constitution for the united States. For those of you not familiar with the Silver Bond see Amendment VII as that is what it is based on.
<H4 class=nav><A name=amendmentvii>Amendment VII</A></H4>

In suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise reexamined in any court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law.

I will let all know how this turns out. I have already AFV and discharged the claim, but will do again. Only this time the court will get the BoE and AFV claim along with the recorded NOTICE OF SURETY ACT AND BOND and SURETY BOND.
