Phenomenal news!!!! After jury selection, Art's lawyer Mark Lane brought

to the judge's attention that there was no assessment on Art and therefore
since the IRS hadn't followed procedure, they had no case. Well, into the
judge's chambers they go and he asks the DOJ attorneys, do you have an
assessment? They say no, they have computations. The judge says that while
he doesn't know tax law as well as them, he knows that U.S. v. McGill says
there must be a lawful assessment before there can be any evasion. He said
their computations did not constitute a lawful assessment and he would
strike the evasion part of the charges against Art. The government
immediately informed the judge that they would be filing an Interlocutory
appeal, which goes to the appellate panel above the judge. Art's lawyer
then jumped in and called the government's action, ..... FRIVOLOUS!! ;-)
He said his client has abided by the court's rulings and the government
should too. He said any delay is unwarranted at this point and Art deserves
his day in court. The judge turned to the DOJ attorneys and asked them
point blank, if the appeal is denied, do you still have a case, and they
said no they do not. Sooooooo, tomorrow, it may be

all over, or the case will proceed with reduced charges, pending the appeal.
There are other scenarios but those are the most likely. If this plays out
and ends in Art's favor, what great evidence of government fraud for us to
use. I am supposed to testify in Art's defense on Wednesday. We'll see if
I'm even needed. Keep praying!!! P.S. Mark Lane is the lawyer who is
working on We the People's Redress of Grievances lawsuit. He and the other
lawyer on the case consulted with Jeff ****stein of the Robert Bernhoft law
firm which defended Joe Bannister, so Art has really gotten the best defense
team and outside help anyone could ask for. Waiting for the fat lady to sing
