Collateral Attack on Court language = foreign law

Okay;
This is simple.

Jurisdiction (def.), is Roman Law procedures. The language is latin.

I do not speak Latin; therefore the court must provide
an interpreter; lawyer. Not only pronounciation but definition; an interpreter does not know law!

Constitution is English: Rules of law Roman.
Why not Summerian!, as the Summerian's invented
law; and therefore; starie decisis, would go to Summerian law, not stop at Roman.

Decisions must be on Constitution; and to proceed under Roman law and language; is using foreign law; not Constitutional law.

Law procedures; must be changed to Constitutional reference; and language. ie simplified! Its all about the
Constitution idiot!

This is the premise.

It's not really complicated but it does have import and impact!
