I haven't said dismiss law. I have said;
Constitutional law, US and State.
Is that NOT the law?
If all other law is agency, procedural for efficient
movement and organization of people(judicial efficiency), then when the agency really takes away
Constitutional rights, inalienalbe by God; then
why is this not the question to ask?
It seems only Equitable to ask of such; as our law
is Equitable law; yet seldom confronted as such(comment of Supreme Court Justice 1800;s).
