Spraying chemical agents over the population is nothing new.& The government has even admitted to doing so in the past.& A well documented case was&in San Francisco back in the 50's or 60's or 70's (CRS as to the date, not as to the action).& Many people got sick as a result of the "experiment" (which was also the desired result!).


Geez, so why do I not trust "my" government again?
