Judicial release from prison

I think we could all stand to hear some good news! Congratulations to Bernie!!!!
On March 30, 2003, I was purportedly arrested for a purported probation violation on a purported child support charge (Non-Support), and held in the Auglaize County Jail for 28 days, awaiting a probation violation hearing. Though the probation officer testified that he committed two counts of 3rd degree felony "Tampering with Official Documents," I was sent off to STATE OF OHIO prison in Orient, Ohio. The d/b/a Judge had stated that even though the probation officer had committed two felonies (fraud voids any
contract from its inception), and even though the Defendant's solution is not to serve a prison sentence, being "Society" doesn't have any services or programs to assist the Defendant in re-acclimating to "society" (I had discharged debt using Congessional remedy HJR 192 of June 5, 1933--totally lawful and totally ethical), the Defendant is sentenced to 11 months in prison. Exactly 30 days of imprisonment were served when the d/b/a judge released the Defendant, back onto probation status, by the d/b/a
judge filing for the Judicial Release himself, even though the judge had assigned a court appointed Public Defender.
Its great to be walking about again, though all of my three "jobs" which supported my being are now non-existent.
Love and Blessings, Bernie
