I am using it for a week now and I have noticed that it really does relieve pain.
Example: I had one of those hang nails that really hurts on my left index finger. You know where it feels like there is a piano in there and it throbbs, is really hot and all red. I put one drop of this stuff on it and in 15 minutes the pain was almost all gone and in 25 minutes there was no more redness, or pain. I even banged the finger a few times (That's what happens when you get an owie... you keep hitting the finger with the owie!) and it didn't hurt and it hasn't flamed up at all. I did this about 6 days ago.
It also helps get ride of gum disease.
